Somewhat dirty and outdated interior. Service is fast not too full all the time I do feel they take their time with the food cooking but overall good if going with a friend to eat ID recommend the chili cheese fries so far the best I've tried

Horrible! I ordered fried plantains and they served them stale and old as if they had been sitting out all day... they weren't even the right color that they should be when they are fully cooked. When I went back, the lady said there was nothing they could do, no refund, no option to re-make them, not even an option to order something else. WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN. HORRIBLE COOK & HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... this place has to be the rudest restaurant i've ever been to.
